Friends has taken to social media to pen down a heartfelt tribute to a friend and sister who sadly passed away a couple of months ago.
Hannah Swan death came as a surprise and shock to many who couldn’t believe the sad report of her demise.
Hannah Louisa Swan reportedly passed away in January 2025 after a long battle with cancer.
A post made on Facebook by Jennas Hair & Beauty revealed that Hannah has been battling with cancer for the past 12 months.
The post reads; My Girl Hannah is now at peace
As most of you know one of my best friends was diagnosed with cancer & has been fighting it for the last 12 months.
Hannah sadly passed away on Friday evening
I can’t put into words how I’m feeling, The only thing comforting me about any of this is knowing she’s no longer suffering in the hurrendous pain she had to go through.
Not many much was made public about Hannah as per her profile but her short bio on Instagram says she is the owner of Hannah Swan hair and beauty.
A GoFundme page was created by Hannah Cole towards funeral costs of Hanna Swan.
